Last updated: January 2026. This policy explains how QuickQ ("we") collects, uses and protects information while providing the service.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: the email address used to register and a hashed password credential.
• Subscription data: plan type, start and expiry dates. Payments are handled by third-party processors and we do not store full card numbers.
• Operational data: aggregated counts such as sessions and device slots, used for billing and abuse prevention.

2. What we do not collect

We follow a zero browsing-log principle: we do not record the sites you visit, destination addresses, DNS queries or the contents of your traffic.

3. How information is used

Only to provide and maintain the service, process subscriptions and support requests, protect account and network security, and improve the product using aggregate statistics.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Data is shared only where required by law or with processors needed to take payment and send transactional email.

5. Security and retention

We use encryption in transit and access controls. After account deletion we keep only the accounting records required by law, for the shortest permitted period.

6. Your rights
